The festival will take place from Saturday, January 25th, to Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, featuring a vibrant lineup of events across the city, including workshops, exhibitions, food and drink experiences, visual arts, and much more.
The festival is committed to showcasing Asian culture and heritage to our existing, new and wider audience base. It also seeks to explore our nations’ intricate rich and diverse connections while promoting interculturalism. This year, we welcome the Year of the Snake, which embodies knowledge, beauty, and kindness.
Founded in 2008, Dublin Lunar New Year is a programme of the City Arts Office, part of the Culture, Community & Recreation Department of Dublin City Council. Dublin Lunar New Year is made possible by the support of the Lord Mayor of Dublin and the members of Dublin City Council.
