FIRE Steakhouse & Bar invite you to join us on Tuesday, September 24th, for an exclusive food and wine pairing evening as we celebrate our partnership with Cassidy Wines and Maison Brotte from the Southern Rhône Valley of France.

We’re honoured to have Maxence Moutet from Maison Brotte as our special guest, guiding you through the exceptional wines paired with a 4-course menu crafted by FIRE’s Culinary Director, Richie Wilson. Each dish, created with local Irish produce, is expertly paired with Maison Brotte wines to elevate and enhance the flavours.

The evening will also feature:
