The dates for Whiskey Live Dublin 2025, Ireland’s biggest 2 day whiskey festival have been announced and will once again take place in the RDS, Main Hall on Friday, May 16th and Saturday, May 17th 2025.
As with every year, ticket holders will have the opportunity to sip and sample the latest Irish whiskey releases as well as whiskies from across the globe, there will also be the opportunity to experience the ever-expanding range of other Irish craft spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and craft beer. Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder will host the very popular Dream Dram Bar where collectible and very rare whiskeys will be available for purchase at an affordable price, by the 1cl measure. The event will also allow customers to purchase bottles of their favourite sips to take home from the Celtic Whiskey Pop-Up Shop, attend specialized masterclasses with their favourite brands and enjoy a day out with friends and family supporting fantastic Irish brands.
Celtic Whiskey, the organisers of Whiskey Live Dublin, intend for the event’s 12th Year to be bigger and better than ever. Celtic Whiskey Shop is also behind the Irish Whiskey Awards and Gin Experience Dublin 2018 & 2019, and many other private tasting events. Owner Ally Alpine said “Whiskey Live Dublin gives customers a chance to meet the faces behind their favourite whiskey brands and share their passion for Ireland’s national spirit. It is a great bonus that we can use the event as a platform to raise some much-needed funds for Down Syndrome Dublin, which would be impossible without the generosity of all the exhibitors donating fantastic prizes for the raffles and the attendees who buy the tickets”.

As with every year, €10 from every ticket sale is pledged to the show’s charity partner Down Syndrome Dublin, as well as the proceeds from a charity raffle and the takings from the cloakroom at the 2-day event. In 2024 Whiskey Live Dublin raised €57, 507 for the charity.
Down Syndrome Dublin provides support and services to people with Down Syndrome across the city. The charity’s specialist team works tirelessly and directly with all age groups of people with Down Syndrome to support as many individuals and families as possible. A spokesperson from the DSD team said ‘Down Syndrome Dublin, the Dublin Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland, is extremely grateful to all the people involved in Whiskey Live and the Celtic Whiskey Shop for such a generous donation. The branch has had a relationship with the Celtic Whiskey Shop for some years now, and we have always appreciated their generosity, but this amount is above and beyond anything we have received before and it will make a huge difference to the work of the branch.’
Down Syndrome Dublin is run entirely by volunteers and has no paid staff, so every cent of this donation will be used to provide services and support for its members.
