In 2011 Tom Stafford began working for Colin Harmon in 3fE and by 2013 Tom had taken over. What became Vice Coffee is today housed in the eclectic surroundings of Wigwam on Middle Abbey Street. One of the best independent cafés in the city well known for their iced coffees, cakes and signature sandwiches.
