Padraic O’Kane Co-Owner of both SOLE Seafood and Grill and FIRE restaurant comments “In 2018, we saw a gap for a top-end seafood restaurant, and SOLE was born. Today, growing demand for exceptional dining experiences has driven our expansion from 120 to 200 seats and two state-of-the-art private dining rooms – a testament to our guests’ trust and our team’s passion.  It’s humbling to see SOLE evolve into a landmark seafood restaurant, celebrating the very best of dining in Dublin.”

SOLE Seafood and Grill will have temporary closures between January and March to finalise the build. All updates will be shared via the website and social media platforms for Sole Seafood and Grill.
