Salamanca and Brasserie Sixty6 Win at Irish Hospitality Awards 2019

The Irish Hospitality Awards 2019 took place last night and we’re proud to congratulate two of our restaurants who won big: Salamanca and Brasserie Sixty6!
Each year, there’s a number of wonderful restaurants, pubs and hotels who are entered into the competitive Irish Hospitality Awards, and this year two DublinTown restaurants were named among the award recipients.
Salamanca Tapas Bar & Restaurant on St. Andrew Street was named the Restaurant of the Year: Dublin, and then went on to win the Restaurant of the Year: Overall award too! Serving delicious Spanish cuisine, restaurant owner Caroline Boyle and Head Chef Aleksandar Dimitrov always ensure the food and service is top notch. Customers can expect authentic Spanish tapas, wine with from high quality ingredients, prepared by by authentic Spanish chefs from Salamanca Town itself and Granada.

Brasserie Sixty6 on Great George’s Street also won at the Irish Hospitality Awards 2019, picking up Casual Dining Restaurant of the Year: Dublin. The restaurant prides itself on excellent ingredients, from their 21-day hung rib eye steak to homemade sausages, calamari and succulent chickens, monkfish, risottos, homemade chips and salsas. Set within classy interior, and floor to ceiling glass at the front, it’s an ideal spot to dine with friends or family, hold business luncheons, and watch Dublin go by.
