Just in time for the summer, The Shelbourne reveal their delicious new À la Carte menu in the restaurant, The Saddle Room.
The Shelbourne Hotel is one of the most famed in the capital, which was first founded in 1824 and has stood strong throughout the years. Renowned for its luxurious decor and beautiful chandeliers, the hotel also boasts one of the best restaurants in Dublin Town, The Saddle Room. July marks a refresh for their menu as they up their game once again with new additions and new ideas.
Situated at the back of the restaurant, enjoy a sumptuous meal with friends, family or set up business luncheons within one of the many golden booths of The Saddle Room. Contemporary dishes accompany the exciting new menu, designed and created by executive head chef Garry Hughes, where the restaurant uses only the finest Irish produce.
The Perfect Beginnings will feature an exciting start to your meal, which serves the Seafood Platter for 2 persons (€45) or the Seafood Tower for 2-4 persons (€89). Both of these include Lambay Island Lobster Tail, Mullaghmore Mussels, Dublin Bay Prawns, Carlingford Oysters, Smoked Salmon, and Castletownbere Crab.

In addition to these, starters on the new menu include St. Tola Feta Cheese Mousse (€15) and Pan Seared Bantry Bay Scallops (€19), whereas the main courses give choices of Roast Saddle of Rabbit (€36) and Roast Soya Glazed Kilmore Quay Cod (€35) to name a few.
