Alongside the comprehensive All Day Menu, two new set menus, for lunch and dinner, have just launched for Christmas dining, served in The Hayloft. The €66 Lunch Menu offers a choice of 5 starters, 4 mains, with sides included, 3 desserts and tea or coffee.
The €75 Dinner Menu, is more indulgent, with an additional option of a deliciously seasonal Venison Saddle, with parsnips, brussels sprouts, potato gratin and a rosemary juniper sauce.
Intended to showcase the best of Irish cooking and produce, there’s something to please any palate. For example, start with Irish Brown Crab Mayonnaise with warm crispy potatoes, follow with Seabream Fillets, with beets, sea asparagus, confit potatoes with a caper and herb dressing, alongside butter mash and winter greens with seaweed butter, and finish with Warm Bread & Butter Pudding with Jaffa Cake ice cream & vanilla sauce or Irish Cheeses with Sheridan’s crackers and frozen grapes.
