Farrier & Draper

Have you checked out the new hotspot of the Creative Quarter, Farrier & Draper? It’s the talk of the town.
Eat, drink and socialise in luxury. We had the privilege of having a sneak peak of this place before it opened to the public. Think dim lighting, cosy fires, luscious silks and ornate fixtures. Throw in a Martini and some Jazz music and we think we’ve hit the nail on the head.
Farrier & Draper encapsulates both the history of Powerscourt Townhouse and how South William Street has been the heart of Dublin’s fashion industry for years. The name Farrier & Draper itself originates from the Farriers – part blacksmith, part veterinarian – who worked for the aristocracy that used to live in the house and the Drapers – garment industry workers – who operated their business in Powerscourt over 140 years ago.
With a full Italian restaurant on the ground floor and an outdoor terrace to sit in the sun, Farrier & Draper is set to be a fabulous addition to the Creative Quarter.
