9 Places to Dine at after the 2025 Dublin Half Marathon

You’ve done the preparations and hard work for  the half marathon, why not treat yourself a little and grab a delicious meal at one these tasty spots!

1. Bóbó’s Gourmet Burgers:

If you find yourself craving a burger after this Sunday’s half marathon then we couldn’t recommend Bóbó’s more. Located on Middle Abbey Street, we think this spot is a must visit if your looking for a nice reward for yourself after finishing the half marathon, or if your just in the mood for a burger.

2. Murphy’s Ice Cream:

Maybe you’d prefer a sweet treat after finishing the race. Well if you would then look no further than Murphy’s Ice Cream on Wicklow Street. They serve authentic Irish ice cream with an authentically delicious taste, if your looking for something for that sweet tooth then Murphy’s is a perfect pick for you.

3. Bagel Bar Coffee House:

If you want something savoury but not something too heavy then we think you should check out Bagel Bar Coffee House located on Liffey Street Lower. This bagel haven is the perfect lunch for this Sunday.

4. Umi Falafel:

If your still on a health kick after Sunday then don’t worry because Umi on Dame Street has your back with a vast menu of health food waiting for you to cross the finish line!

5. Krewe

Krewe is truly a unique eating experience on Capel Street. It’s a New Orleans inspired eaterie at which they serve eggs, fried chicken, waffles, wings, chips and even granola. Whatever you fancy, we reckon Krewe can cater to your wants.

 

6. The Black Sheep

The Black Sheep on Capel Street is one of the top Gastro Pubs in town. With an expansive menu from salads and soups to burgers and chicken wings. The Black Sheep is sure to have a top tier meal waiting for you this Sunday, so why not nip in to grab a bite to eat and maybe a drink too!

7.Smokin Bones:

Smokin Bones is a fantastic barbeque spot to be found on Dame Street. Whether it’s mini hot dog’s or baby back ribs your after, Smokin Bones will be sure to hook you up on Sunday!

8. Gotham Café:

Gotham Café on Anne Street is a casual restaurant perfect for lunch after your done your 21 kilometres on Sunday. They have an incredible brunch menu on offer that includes a full Irish, Mexican eggs or a steak ciabatta sandwich if that’s what floats your boat!

9. Brother Hubbard:

Another fabulous brunch spot is Brother Hubbard on Capel Street. They offer pulled pork sandwiches, their own full Irish or a seasonal vegan plate if that’s what your looking for!
