To top it all off they also have Foosball tables upstairs for hours of endless fun with your mates while catching up over a Yuletide beer.
Kehoes, South Anne Street
P Macs, Stephens Street
This welcoming pub has mismatched vintage furniture, candlelight and some cosy snugs, it veers in the direction of the oh so glorious nineties which is the perfect hangout for Christmas catch ups and some reminiscing of the good oul days. As one of Dublin’s hottest pubs, make sure to call in for some nineties tunes and complimentary nineties snacks!
O’Neills, Suffolk Street
Around the corner from Trinity College, Grafton Street and the world-famous Molly Malone Statue, is the perfect place for a quiet Christmas pint, a tasty meal, a lively music session or just to rest your feet for a while after lots and lots of Christmas shopping. O’Neills is a genuine traditional Old Irish pub renowned for its friendly staff and patrons, great atmosphere and world-famous food.
It looks like a regular pub from the outside, but inside it’s a pleasure to drink in, with its various nooks and crannies, upstairs and down. Whether you want to enjoy the great pub atmosphere or find a quite corner for yourself, O’Neill’s have it all.
Bailey Bar, Duke Street
Grogans, South William Street
There is always a lively buzz with an intensity of an authentic Dublin city pub in Grogans and never more so than at Christmas time. Grogans is the perfect spot for catching up with friends or taking time out alone with the newspaper.
37, Dawson Street
‘All is not what it seems’ – this is 37’s tag line, they pride themselves on their mystical and mysterious venue which ties in with Christmas oh so perfectly. When it comes to cocktails in DublinTown, it’s pretty hard to find a more intrinsic or extensive cocktail menu and at Christmas time they also offer lots of creative seasonal tipples!
You can step back in time to a richly furnished and dimly lit whiskey bar, indulge on their delicious food menus or hang out in the hustle and bustle of the main bar, its most certainly is not to be missed this festive season.
Bruxelles, Harry Street
Bruxelles is a cosmopolitan bar, located just a step away from Grafton Street, Dublin’s busiest shopping thoroughfare. It’s a sports bar and a music bar, with DJs in three bars and regular live music.
