The Gutter Bookshop is situated in the old city part of Temple Bar. They sell all kinds of books, including some great children’s books, as well as gifts and stationery. They were also named Irish Independent Bookshop of the Year, the last two years running, and when you step inside it’s easy to see why. There are regular book readings, events, and author signings, which have seen the likes of Roddy Doyle making an appearance in the past. The Gutter Bookshop can also order in books upon request, as well as sourcing second-hand and out-of-print books when possible.
