Sprout is on a mission to change the way people think about food.
Local, seasonal & flavourful eating isn’t something we say because it sounds good, it’s fundamental to creating food that’s game changing. It’s the secret behind the best restaurants in the world and is something we think can be for everyone. We want to inspire people, just like we’ve been, by local, in-season produce at the peak of its flavour, served in a delicious and balanced way.
Alongside customer favourites such as the Middle Eastern Chicken, Umami Knows Best and Crispy Bombay Bowl, we are always developing new menu items which launch across the seasons of the year.
Over the last 9 years we’ve served millions of customers not only in our 7 restaurants but across offices and homes all over Dublin. We started an organic farm in Rathcoffey, which supplies our leaf through the Irish growing season, and this year launched a bestselling cookbook, Saladology.
