Fable founders Kate and Elyse started baking in hired kitchens and transporting their buns and market stall set up in two tiny cars to brave the Irish weather and bring their buns to you. By Christmas 2022 they found a new home in the front of Sprout & Co’s Dawson Street store, where they bake their buns fresh, every day, and serve coffee roasted by the legends that are Imbibe Coffee Roasters.

Their buns take three days to make, from mixing and resting the dough, to laminating, shaping and baking them. They’re made with love and, in our humble opinion, great taste.
