Garrett Fitzgerald and James Boland baked their way around the world on a career break. They’ve soaked up the flavours from Lebanon to Turkey and Syria to Jordan and when they returned, they topped up their knowledge by completing a course in Ballymaloe. Now, they specialise in scrumptious cakes orange blossom buttered scones and rose-infused hand-squeezed lemonade. That’s before you even talk abut the savoury lunch fare. All served up in a modern Designgoat devised setting. One of the newer and cooler Dublin additions.
