Arnotts is Ireland’s oldest and largest department store. They opened their decorative brass-clad doors in 1843 and have been greeting visitors from all over the world ever since. They are proud of being a reliable family favourite for generations of Irish people too.
Arnotts’ iconic building now occupies over 300,000 sq. ft at their famous location on Henry St in Dublin. They are a totally unique department store featuring over 700 international brands and 100 Irish craft brands, lovingly displayed over seven luxurious floors.
Their mix of Irish, high street and designer fashion brands is deliciously intriguing. Their Beauty & Fragrance Hall and glorious Shoe Garden are veritable shrines to their products and the gleaming Jewellery & Accessory Hall is guaranteed to make magpies giddy. If, after all of that, you find yourself in need of refreshment, they also have six cafes and restaurants to choose from.
It is also home to Clodagh’s Kitchen restaurant on the upper second floor. This restaurant offers a seasonal menu of locally sourced and freshly prepared dishes. The kitchen is open for visitors to see and it’s ambiance is intimate, offering diners a memorable experience with delicious food at a very reasonable price.
