Irish barista champion Colin Harmon set up shop in the Twisted Pepper in 2009 after leaving his training room from his third floor apartment (where the name 3FE derives). Since then Colin’s self roasted coffee beans and guest filters have led to the speedy expansion of 3FE, making coffee breaks a serious treat!
